Quick Renewal Process

When it’s time to renew, we’ll send you an email with your membership renewal invoice. Here’s how to renew:

  1. Open Your Renewal Email: We send this during your renewal period. Simply find the email and scroll to the blue sentence that reads, “Click here to pay this invoice.”
  2. Complete Your Payment: Click the link to pay securely by credit card directly through the link, or print the invoice to mail in a check.

Missed or Can't Find Your Invoice?

No problem! Just visit the link below to renew your membership. If you're not logged in, the site will prompt you to do so. Important: Please use your existing username and password in the EXISTING USER section to ensure seamless access. Typically, your username is your email address.

Error Messages During Renewal?

If you receive an error stating, "You are not eligible to renew on this form," and believe this is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to contact our administrator for assistance.

Not Ready to Renew?

If you wish to stay engaged with NHNPA without active membership, please contact us, and we can adjust your status to a "prospect" or general user level.
