Kim Mohan, Executive Director: With over 20 years of healthcare delivery and non-profit management experience, Kim founded The Tandem Group, LLC, to assist non-profit organizations in achieving their missions. She consulted for NHNPA part-time from 2018-2020, primarily in operations support, before being appointed as the full-time Executive Director in the spring of 2020. Kim's extensive executive experience includes roles such as the Executive Director of the New England Rural Health Association and Director of the NorthEast Telehealth Resource Center. Her career began in clinical practice and community organizing, serving as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire's community mental health organizations.

Susan Paschell, Senior Associate: Susan has over thirty-five years of experience in the legislative fields of New Hampshire and Maine. Her career includes roles such as a public school teacher, senior researcher for policy committees of the NH House of Representatives, and a lobbyist. Her expertise spans health care, behavioral health, social and juvenile justice, transportation, and energy sectors.

Brendan Flaherty, Associate: A lifelong resident of New Hampshire, Brendan assists the Government Affairs Team with lobbying and high-impact projects. He has worked on Congressional campaigns and served as the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Federation of College Republicans. Brendan's background includes national-level experience as an intern for the American Conservation Coalition.

Angela Boyle, Associate: Angela brings over 30 years of experience as a licensed healthcare provider to her role at The Dupont Group. She holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management and has a strong record of building collaborative relationships to enhance public policy at the community and state levels.
